Awful experience, as soon as you sign up they start to do all sorts of things like charge you three months' worth of fuel card charges in bulk none of which were explained at time of sign up. Also cannot buy items such as AdBlue with our card even though its registered for everything. Tried to contact our rep three times and been ignored each time. Even the staff at Esso garages say WEX is the card they have most problems with customer service wise. Avoid
I've had a lot of fuel cards over the years and they all ended up with price creep to the point that they're worthless. Not with wex though, the price has always been good so I've been with them a good few years now.
Mat Hastings is my accounts manager and he is fantastic. I get a call once a week from Mat with all latest pump prices and any new services he thinks may benefit my company. I would highly recommend Mat to anyone looking to set up a fuel account with them.
Simply the best He is better than all the rest. Matthew Hastings my account manager has always been there when you need him the most. Always one click away if you have a problem or just want to get an idea of the markets to come. Prices are always at the best they can possibly be and he will always look out for his accounts and people around him alike. If Matt was to move to a different company my business would also follow; as I know I’m in the best of hands here. Thanks Matt for your years of knowledge and service on my accounts.
Tim our Account Manager is always professional and very helpful. There have been many occasions we have had issues but Tim has always got them resolved in a timely manner. We hope to we get to meet him one day.
I've been dealing with my Account Manager Luke Wardle now for about 18 months and have been given excellent service since day one. I always receive a very fast response when I have a request or a query. I highly recommend Luke & WEX if you are considering using a fuel card.
Having used wex esso card for the past year ,I can honestly say it has been the easiest transaction I've made whilst using fuel cards. There team are very prompt in dealing with any questions that you may have .and always resolve any issues that may arise, Granted there hasn't been many!. in particular Luke wardle who I might add is always polite well mannered and very knowledgeable. I cant heap enough praise on luke hes a true Credit to there company and very easy to communicate with . Keep doing what your doing luke a true gent

We have been using Fuel Cards for years now and were contacted by Wex who beat the price hands down. We changed over to Wex a few months back and it has been the best thing we have done. The Customer Service is second to none and accounts are on the ball. Emily who is an Account Manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she is a pleasure to speak to. Highly recommend.
It has been up and down with you guys, but since our new account manager Emily Bennett has taken over, all is back on track. Emily, has managed our expectations, provided competitive prices and the high level of customer service that she provided us with is beyond our expectations. Thank you Emily!
