Great service - My boiler broke overnight, leaving me without hot water or central heating. I called and was able to get something to come out within a few hours. The fix took 10min, and as I had a service booked for a week later, the engineer did that whilst he was onsite. This company has continued to offer great service over the years I have been using them.
Phoned Safegas at 8.00am on Monday. An engineer was at my door by 9.00am. Established that a new fan was required. Quote provided and part ordered by 10.30am. New fan fitted by 1.30 pm on Wednesday. What a brilliant service.Service: Heating system repair

We have been with Safegas since 2005, we have never had any issues with this company at all. The quality of work when they replaced our boiler and relocated it was second to none. We have emergency cover with safe gas, and although the prices have gone up, like everywhere else, we can usually guarantee that, in an emergency, the response time is very good. Dealing with them over the telephone is always a pleasant experience. We feel with have got to know a small number of the engineers who come to service our boiler, as it's often the same ones, which tells me that they are happy to work for the company, it also means we can have a bit of a catch up with them too,as well as being able to feel confident in their ability to do a "proper job" without having to stand over them. Very happy with the service we receive, as is my mum, who on our recommendation, also had a new boiler 2, actually, one in her old house put in when she moved to another property, so that should tell you something. Well done Safe gas! Long may you continue to serve !
