If i could strike him and his daughter off i would. My mother is 72 and scared out of her wits as she knows her short term memory has completely gone i have been in with her as has her brother and her sister, and on each ocasion has been told she is fine, she has not even been referred to a memory clinic for assessment instead it! (dr colin westwood and his daughter dr helen westwood) have attempted to assess her memory themselves as if they were qualified neurologists which neither of them are. I am sick of there self rightous attitudes and will be taking this matter to the highest governing body as its totaly there fault that my mother is living alone frightend for her safety. I will be taking her to hospital on 16/4/2018 for a real assessment, once assessed if it turns out they have been acting against my mothers best interests, watch this space. Fortunatly i have a very close friend who is a barrister and is awaiting to proceed. I have gathered testimonies from many of there clients who have some terrible complaints and are prepared to give evidence in court against said Dr's im going to take them to the cleaners.

Exceptional GP surgery providing wonderful Patient care. It is always very easy to get an appointment and I always feel listened to by both doctors and all staff at the surgery. Would not want to be registered with any other doctor.

If I could leave no stars I would. Dr Helen Westwood, and I use the term 'Dr' very loosely. All she cares about is saving money despite the consequences of her patients. I had asked for a repeat prescription and she gave me an alternative which was cheaper. I told her that I had used these before but they weren't affective and I needed my usual ones. She then pointed out my usual ones are more expensive. She said, and I quote 'No wonder the NHS is in a mess. What would happen if everyone was prescribed a £30 drug' Unbelievable. She then went on to say that she would be in trouble if she gave me my usual medication. Self righteous woman who shouldn't be any where near patients. She has as much empathy and understanding as a teapot.

Kind, understanding and effective at treating my needs. I have found both Dr Colin and Dr Helen a credit to the practice at Timperley Health Centre. It makes me sad to read negative comments about these two excellent Doctors. The NHS is very near breaking point and people will insist on abusing the system and knocking the staff who work tirelessly in it. We will all be sorry if/when it is privatised because there is no more money!
