Great experience at Westrop Surgery 15/07/26. I booked myself in via the touch screen checking service which was quick and efficient. My appointment was at 8.30am, the waiting room was spotlessly clean, seen on time. The Dr i seen was very pleasant and let me explain my problem without feeling rushed. Pleasant, friendly staff. I have always found the reception staff nurses and doctors to all be friendly, attentive, knowledgeable i have only been with the surgery for about 6-7 yrs and unfortunately taken up a lot of time.nI have read some reviews in the local paper surprised that the surgery was only rated at only 78%for me over the short time with Westrop for me 100% all the way, times can beca little off but emergencies take president.nWell done and keep up this excellent work.
My appointment was at 08.40 and I arrived at about 8.30am. I sat in the waiting room until I was called in. The nurse removed my stitches efficiently and with very little pain. She explained what I should do if the wound didn't heal properly, I thanked her and I left. When I got outside I checked the time and it was only 8.39am. I was amazed that it had been done so quickly and efficiently. Well done, thank you very much
It was the first time I'd visited this surgery and it was a brilliant experience.nnThe physio was so sweet and was really helpful. She went out of her way to give me the information I needed and not only emailed me the exercises I had to do, but also links to Amazon for exercise aids to help me.nnI thoroughly enjoyed the physio session and will be more than happy to travel that bit further, should I need to.
Saw the physio Claire today. Her service was great. Unrushed and very thorough. She focused on taking a good history, taking a full diagnostic examination, giving a mulitisensory explination of the diagnosis, and giving exercises to help. When prompted, she also gave follow-up advice should it be necessary for follow-up. Very professional service.
