This is a place that on a number of occasions have wrongly accused people of acts they've not committed and also confiscated property which they are still yet to release to many people from months and even years back. The council say they want to prevent homelessness yet have failed to help me stating I'm "not a priority". How can people on the verge of homelessness not be a priority? I asked them for help with bonds etc yet they still won't. In my opinion, I believe this place lacks organisation and don't know how to prioritize things appropriately, all in all this place is not good at helping people in the slightest.
When reporting and making a statement of an incident didn't have any confidence that anything would be done and even though incident involved a minor being pushed into the street in front of vehicles didn't feel the crime was taken seriously even though had witnesses to substantiate that it had been done with intent. Perpetrator was apprehended by street security at the time and details taken but even so nothing has happened since it occurred nearly a year ago. Not impressed
Accommodation was terrible, lumpy plastic coated blue bed, not great for my back. Taxi drivers who picked me up screamed abuse at me the whole journey. Not really into the whole bondage scene but these guys were well into it. Tried to pin 3 extra charges on me, not honest people, wouldn't recommend. Only had 1 small cup of water in 10 hrs obviously didn't tip anyway.
They're very good service. Abrupt and very nice people. Thank you.
Can't report a loss of something
Nice and helpful. Poor office though.
