Went to this court, and after reading the reviews, all bad because of phone problems,nI was worried, but thankfully,nI was pleasantly surprised at how every member of staff we met, was very pleasant and helpful, opening doors, helping with vending machine, asking if we were ok, and generally being kind and friendly,nThank you for making our nerve racking court attendance a pleasant one.
Staff are rude and terrible - security polite - never answers the phone, does NOT respond to emails - representatives of his majesty the King, they should be ashamed. Magistrates date back further than Cavemen and are an absolute joke with technology - its like watching Stevie Wonder trying to use a computer!!!nnHang your heads in shame you absolutely disgraceful people.
Utterly useless! Don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to emails. I can only assume they are deliberately ignoring correspondence.
Try calling their number!! Its an absolute joke!! Select a dept number..cuts you off. Phone rings once..cuts you off!?? Completely ridiculous
Phone is alway busy! How are you supposed to get through, email response 10 days is unacceptable.
