What a fantastic service. I visited today and from the second I arrived I was treated so well. The lady in Reception was very helpful & my treatment was first class. Dulcie looked after me with great support from Nicky and Vicki. Dulcie explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable - with water, a cup of tea and magazines on top of my treatment.They even found me a ‘phone charger. Thank you all for being so professional and having a sense of humour and showing genuine kindness. I could almost say I will be back - but hope not to be too soon!
I had an appointment today for a female health appointment with nurse Judy Yates. What an asset she must be to the team. She was so friendly and respectful and instantly put me at ease. She was utterly professional and I felt very confident in her capable hands.nThank you very much
Absolutely fantastic treatment..dropped in on advice of my GP surgery was seen almost immediately by Dulcie.Very professional and reassuring..a great example of how the NHS can work

Outstanding care from Westminster Memorial Hospital MIU two days ago. A huge thank you to all the lovely, caring staff but especially Clinical Lead and fellow Royal Navy Wren Nikki. A fractured ankle on day 2 of my two week holiday isn’t great - but my care was exemplary @DorsetHealth
