After 26 days, I got my refund from my original spa appointment 04/12/25, I called 6 times ,spoke to various member of staffs regarding my issue, however, everytime I have done what the spa people askedcontacting the treatwell staffs on the app,which I have done 6 times,treatwell advisors couldn't see any update or reschedule appointment because every single time I called the spa ,they told me ,that they have reschedule my appointment from the 04/12/25 to the 10/12/25 to the 27/12/25 to the last date 30/12/25 and told me that icould go to the app and cancel it for get my money back as it was within the cancellation ' s time frame .nEverytime ,I went on my treatwell app, the only date I could see was the 04/12/25, nothing else, yesterday I called the spa Again and an obnoxious lady who was more interested to listen to her own words than mine gave me an email apparently the manager one, the address email went back to mine.nnSo, I called today, I talked to a lady the same obnoxious, degenerative one who said ,when I tried to explain that I have no answer from the email she gave me ,said that I shouldn't shout after her who threatened to come down and make a scandal at the spa which i replied by I am upset, £77.00 was taking from my bank account ,she had the audacity to tell me: but ,you know that you booked via a third -partytreatwell,which I answered positively, then she asked me again my name and phone numbersame things she asked me 3 times on my conversation with her yesterdayI replied, you know my name, what are you a cop? /doctor ?. To the end after a extremely horrendous and unpleasant conversation with this lady, she said to me ,I pushed back your appointment to the 08/12/26 if you go to the treatwell app you can cancel and get a refund ,which I did but why did I have to through this 26 days of nightmare to have my money back when they could have refunded straight away on the 16/12/25 when after to reschedule appointment , i called for be refund... absolutely disgust by this obnoxious lady who damage the reputation of the westminster lodge and leisure spa.
Top quality equipment in all good nick! Friendly staff, large area for free weights, great machines, huge stretching room and great cardio machines.
Great equipment and classes, however, it is quite shocking to see how run down the gym is getting. The gym itself is very dirty, lumps of mud on the floor and dust on the machines, it really needs a deep clean!
A fabulous local fitness centre. Our girls have grown up swimming in clubs in the pool. Our eldest and I joined the gym during the summer - it’s awesome and very well-equipped and not too intimidating for newbies. Nice cafe, climbing wall, sports hall for badminton, netball, basketball, pickleball, etc., etc.
I don't know about the sport facilities but the café staff are pretty terrible.nnLet's start with the positive: coffee costs GBP2.7 for a small americano. It is of a reasonable standard, though.nnStaff fairly incompetent. Asked for a small americano with a splash of milk. Was immediately charged for a large and then asked if I'd like milk.nnMenu offers a wide array of snacks but when I requested a sausage roll was abruptly told that they can only offer me porridge. Ridiculous.nnEDIT: another customer was served a bacon sandwich after I was offered porridge. But she then returned it, describing it to me as 'inedible'.
