Terrible dry cleaners!! DON'T USE THEM. They lost our duvet and wouldn't give any kind of compensation! The owner was rude and didn't care whatsoever that they had lost it. Awful customer service. Cowboys! Not to be trusted!

Terrible service had small bits of white fluff when opened up. When I called they denied it and refused any kind of refund or discount. Outraged and paid a lot of money.

VERY BAD DRY CLEANERS! They dry cleaned my quality new suit and now there is rippling around the collar, explained that i was not happy with the service and they were very rude. They would not give me a refund but said they would dry clean my suit  again but could not do it till Monday as they do not use the machine at the weekend!!! I have just picked up my suit and there are new creases on both arms , there are more creases on the collar and the rippling is still there. They could not explain the creases but again still refused to give back my money
