I tried calling eight times today and each time the surgery hung up on me. I have a 10 week old baby and was worried about the cold/virus going around in my house. It makes me wonder about the practice when you cannot get through on the phone. In the end I called the health care assistance and they were about to provide support. The one time I saw a doctor she said I would take the advice over the health care assistance than her own when it comes to babies and breast feeding. I've gone to the surgery several times and it appears the nurses mostly see the patients. Thankfully the nurses are pleasant to talk to.

I would like to say a big thank you to the receptionist (unfortunately l was in a state that l did not retain her name - apologies!) who took my call and message this afternoon and also to Dr. Vishwanathan for attending to my husband over the phone and his urgent action. We are very grateful.

A surgery who puts patients at risk. The manager and partners of the surgery care little about preventative medicine and there inabilty to run a succesful service is clear. An inexperienced team and Dr’s who require further training Be careful!

Negatives: The usual 2 week wait for an appointment is far too long. I overheard receptionist complaining about a patient. Totally unacceptable. Positive: My doctor is very attentive and has a good bedside manner.
