Audra one of the sales clerk was rude and spoke very abruptly. 

On another note if you are sending parcels on a saturday although they say last post is at 12.30 they send off the post much earlier than that. Anything after 12 will probably be sent off on monday.

This Post Office is usually provides a pleasant and expeditious service. Not always however. They appear, from my experience on December 13th to permit a 'surrogate queuing system'. So a busy pre-christmas morning. Three service positions in use, a long queue. Long but steadily being processed. The man in front of me has his turn and presents himself at the service position. 'I'm queuing for a lady outside' he announces and with that leaving his hat on the counter leaves the premises. I, seeing a now empty service position present myself to post two cards to Australia. 'No' says the morbidly obese clerk, that man is ahead of you, please return to the queue'. So I did, we then wait some minutes until a  flustered female turns up and gets served at said counter. No way to treat a patient public Westgate Post Office. The clerk concerned should be re-trained or fired.
