Went in last min Saturday lunch time to grab ballet shoes and two pairs of tights nude and pink for my wee girls dance show, the girl was so sweet and helpful and knew exactly what I needed, will definitely be back and recommending to friends.

The items are fine and aren’t damaged. Just think the postage within Glasgow, Scotland is a bit off and first class should have been the next working day Ordered on Monday received Wednesday . Lack of tracking information. But otherwise the items are fine and in pristine condition.

Great selection of stock & friendly service

We've been to this dance shop a few times, to get gymnastic gear and also dancewear. They have the uniforms for most of the established dance schools in Glasgow in case, like me, you have a forgetful moment as to which uniform you are meant to be buying! and I have always found them to be very helpful.

Easy to get to this shop along with parking right outside if not busy, a wide selections for materials/products.

Found shop assistant very dry on initial visit and insisted company did not make the shoe I enquired about in my size. I dually purchased a larger size which I tried to return in original packaging and unworn for a refund. When I challenged her on the fact the shoe is available online in half sizes a call was then made and mysteriously it could now be supplied for the following week. This was done reluctantly, I might add. She insisted I could not get a refund and only an exchange. This was the shops policy. Apparently when buying in store nowadays the consumer is fully at the mercy of the vendor. My advice, if you want rights, buy online if the vendor does not make it known you are entitled to a refund; if item is not suitable or you change your mind. Why she could not have made the call about the sizing on the day I first visited the store, remains a mystery. I will not return to this store again after I collect the replacement shoes. In summary, a very stroppy attitude, where the customer obviously does not matter. My experience to date is that normally small businesses will do all they can to please and retain customers. Not the case at West End Dance Boutique.

Wonderful service order a leotard and tights didn't have the size of tights thay email me to say would send the bigger size out if that was ok with me as they are small made I said that fine then got a call to say thay didn't have the leotard in the size I ordered to so would bring the bigger leotard to my house to see if it would fit and it did this was all on the same day I ordered this i could not be more than happy with this service

Limited selection of colours available in tights, etc restricted to ballet white, pink and black. Some ready to wear costumes available. Knowledgeable staff can advise on sizes, etc

Lovely little shop. Has a huge selection of products for its size. We get all our daughter's ballet clothing from here.

Very helpful lady who sorted my daughter out with her dance kit. Thank you.
