Excellent dental surgery. All the staff are polite, helpful and professional. Go the extra mile to help and always are happy to try and facilitate your requests. My dentist Karolina is the best dentist I have ever had. Karolina puts you at ease, takes an interest in you, and always offers and provides the best dental service she can. Thank you to all.
Karolina Werbel has been my Dentist for many years now and she is honestly fantastic - as too is her nurse, Magda. They always make you feel comfortable and I actually look forward to going to the dentist. The practice is very well run, and the reception staff are particularly kind and helpful. I honestly think there is no better dentist in Nottingham.
Fantastic dental surgery . Myself and my family have been registered here for years. Karolina is an incredible dentist, very thorough and explains everything and really puts you at ease. The hygienists i have seen have also been wonderful and do a fantastic job. The whole dental team including reception and dental assistants are friendly.
Been going to there many years and always very happy. Carolina is a wonderful dentist and her nurse is always lovely and very caring person too. I am a very nervous patient and Carolina always makes me feel great and at ease, what a wonderful people and team they make together. I would go no were else.
Just had my usual 6 month check up with Karolina Werbel, she is a brilliant dentist, very caring and totally tries to put you at ease. Don't think I would be comfortable with another dentist apart from her. She really knows how to keep you calm and is very knowledgeable.
Always a five star experience here at this excellent dental practice. James gave great advice and care as always and Lynne Jones just the BEST orthodontist ever. Helpful, efficient and friendly reception staff too...thank you Zoe and co. Special thank you also to the dental nurses who work quietly in the background but are super efficient and hard working. BRILLIANT all round!!
Great dentist, they managed to squeeze my son in for an emergency within the same day. More importantly Caroline the dentist did an excellent job of fixing his tooth agony. Communication by everyone was excellent, Emma and Fiona on reception really took their time to discuss the issue in detail and suggest the next steps. Great service, thank you.
This is the best dentists that I’ve ever been to, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it’s like meeting old friends when you go. The treatment is always done sensitively with excellent communication with the patient. I take my 92 year old mum here too and they make her feel so comfortable and at ease. They make going to the dentists a delight and not a chore.
As always my dental hygienist appointment with Caroline was almost pleasant! She is efficient, informative and has the kind of personality that puts you at ease. I believe my 3 monthly clean and Caroline's advice has greatly motivated me to practice good oral hygiene.
Very pleasant experience, thank you. Everyone was friendly. This was rather different from when we first started coming in 2021 when the experience was rather gloomy. You all seem happier which made me happy too. Good treatment as well, thanks.
