From start to finish westcountry funeral services provided an exceptional service. Elaine was so compassionate and caring throughout and she went above and beyond to make sure my loved one was cared for I have unfortunately been to my fair share of funerals but none have come close Thankyou so much wetcountry

I discourage anyone from using the services of Westcountry Funeral Services. We had no end of issues around my dads funeral, it felt as though they had never conducted one before. After complaining they took no responsibility for any of the points raised. From the hearse speeding off like something out of a Benny Hill sketch to using a groundsman to lower the coffin and climb in the grave to retrieve the flowers to name but a few points.

Shelley, the proprietor, personally runs this funeral service in the most professional way possible. She covered my late husband's funeral and I was more than satisfied. She also provided invaluable advice regarding catering, scheduling, paperwork, crematoria music & flowers. I would not have coped without this information. She booked the crematorium for me She attended to all the small details and I cannot recommend her company any highly enough!

Would not recommend this company. No compassion off the person who answered my call spent nearly 20 minutes of the call telling me how amazing they were and attempting to to manipulate the conversation all about how great they were. Never felt so pressured in all my life. Couldn't get off the phone Terrible way to conduct something of this nature, Jacky
