Adam is a very good trainer, easy to get on with - he makes you feel very at ease. Explains exercises very well and also shows you how to do them. Adam pushes you but is nice with it. I've been at the gym just under a year and love it!

very good trainer.I been training with him for 3 months and I can see massive difference already and it's only been 3 months.he encourage u to push u to ur limits.great guy great to train with and he's a good lough.I definitely recommend him
