Great service 
Sold our house in just under 6 months 
Plenty of viewings although some times wasters but I think that probably goes with the territory.of selling a house .
Lydia Evans took control of selling our home towards the end of the 6 months and I have to say she was amazing.
She fed back to us frequently,was efficient and lovely to talk to.
Only young but don’t be put off,she’s great at her job and does it with ease and as if she has many more years experience .
A valued member of the team I’m sure .
Well done West Wales and in particular Lydia,we are now in the property of our dreams and couldn’t be happier thanks to you selling our old home ! !

Highly recommended.  Hayley completed the initial valuation and suggested that the house would sell better if the detached garage and house were separated into two lots.  They set realistic pricing to facilitate a quick sale which we really needed and was achieved.
Dealing with West Wales’s Milford branch was fantastic.  Lydia kept us up-to-date on sales progressions.

The Milford Haven branch of West Wales Properties recently sold our family home, via their branch/website (in addition to our business/investment property @auction-see below).  Our initial phone call resulted in; Hayley Lewis's prompt visit, quality photographs, speedy and accurate advertising, ease of property access arrangements to viewers, info texts and emails to communicate our viewings information to us and the willingness to help by all staff - even on Saturdays!  Their liaison with additional agencies involved, in the interest of our requirement to sell at the best price, was reassuring and displayed their professionalism.  We can recommend them to you fully.

Hayley Lewis at West Wales Properties advised us honestly and explained fully - Our business/investment property would sell in an auction with better results for us.  She was proved right when it was included, with other UK properties, in a Cardiff auction a few weeks later.  Glossy auctioneer brochures were issued with a whole page per property and 3 set viewing dates for pre-booked and drop-in interested parties in advance of the advertised auction.  A West Wales Properties representative personally attended the auction and called us upon completion of the sale with the good news, we had sold for much more than we had expected.  The auctioneer dealt with all the buyer details/payments and West Wales Properties liaised and advised between us too.  It was a stress-free sale with a favourable outcome thanks to the hard work of Hayley and the West Wales Properties team.  I would definitely use their services again.
