Have mixed feelings about the surgery. The doctors and nurses I have seen were absolutely fantastic. Always listened, took issues seriously and treated me with dignity and respect. The reception staff however have been extermely rude amd unhelpful. They also continually make mistakes with ordering prescriptions. I think there was only one occassion i successfully ordered my medication. I had been with the practice for a year and they still hadn't retrieved my notes from my previous doctors despite me having a baby during this time. I have now moved again and its been 3 weeks now and still waiting for my records. I have a serious medical condition and my GP is struggling to monitor and treat without my records. Practice would run better if reception staff were less rude and interested in their jobs.

Although I could write an essay on the complete and utter incompetence of the reception and prescription staff I will be brief: 1. Terrible attitude and rude 2. Very dangerous mistakes made with prescriptions, leaving my elderly mother with a serious disease with no medication for days, despite calling to make sure no mistakes were made. This caused much distress and upset to a very sick person. Unfortunately this has not been a one off 3. Letters from consultant left on the system for months and not actioned. The drs themselves are doing their best in difficult times but this surgery must get its support staff and systems organised.
