Went to West Shore after my emissions lamp came on in the car. Owner very kindly took a look at it for me as soon as I got there. Fast and friendly service-would definitely recommend! Thank you.

the worst customer care in wales after twice bodging work on my cars i asked the owner to make sure that it was only the wheel that had not been tightened a request that was met with the owner snatching the keys from me walking away i was going to take the key back but i thought that it was there responsability to check there work well i wont go there again and nether will my friends at lease the wheel did not come of like last time they did work

My car wouldn't start and so went to West Shore Care Repairs as they are just across the road. I explained I had to go on a long journey the next day and asked if they would look at car and they came over started the car all in 10 mins. Very impressed with the service, advice and kindness shown.
