70 decor, no hot water to shave,lukewarm shower shower door only partially opened it hit the sink mezzanine floor creaked with every step dressing mirror had fallen off its wall bracket and was left standing on the floor,a fist size hole in the wall which has been roughly filled in and painted.The walls we're so thin you could hear people talking in adjacent rooms,the person in the next room had his television blaring till 1 in the morning when I had to bang on his door and get them turn it off.We left at 5 30 nobody on reception just a sign saying leave keys on desk no security and front door left open. ,
Room was clean and fresh and bed was comfy, the hot water or lack of it is the only thing letting it down. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful, brilliant service, friendly and made me feel happy to be there. I followed Google maps and got there no problem, Easy to see and well sign posted. I would stay here again Food & drinks: The food was delicious, large portion and very filling. Order breakfast the night before if you want it as I didn't realise that
Lovely inside, good selection of drinks. Not close to anything so taxi required if venturing out. Not keen on the disabled toilet in room. Not many staff. Rooms: All our rooms had disabled toilets, which, when you're not disabled isn't nice Nearby activities: Nowt. It's on a dual carriageway with nothing nearby Food & drinks: Lots of good offers on view. We didn't eat here as we were going out
Stayed here for a night. Wasn’t a long stay. So couldn’t comment on their service. Checkin was smooth and the room was good and clean. Was a bit old but all good.Rooms: 5/5
Was here on frid 16th for a funeral ive been a few times before lovely place and staff were great thank u for doing a lovely platter with sandwiches ,sausage rolls ,cakes keep doing what you are doing Food & drinks: Great for afternoon tea
Location very good ,near golden jubliee by car, staff very pleasant but rooms not great at all ,shower dirty and did not work,previous customers shower gel and shampoo still in shower, noisy with traffic and room had a horrible smell like someone had been smoking in it and wall paper peeling off walls, would not return to this hotel Rooms: Not great at all, shower dirty and did not work, horrible smell in room like someone been smoking, wall paper peeling off
Just a normal room for one stay. I got a room with just one electrical docket. If i were them i would install some more sockets underneath the lights on either side of the bed. A bit away from Glasgow in Clydebank. A bit noisy doors with keys instead of cards. The locks were taken out and the only lock was a standard old lock uk style. If you are travelling with a disabled person, make sure there is a stool in the shower if needed. A slipmat would also be safer. And its not a full wetroom because there is a porcelain showertray. Hairdryer is missing too. Rooms: The bed was comfortable. They rooms could be painted and the roller blind could be better positioned. And maybe looking at the bathrooms in general.
Great wee hotel with nice bar for drinks and clean quiet rooms . Nice beds for a good nights sleep and so handy being just off Gt Western RoadRooms: 4/5

I've never stayed here but I've eaten here a few times . It's always very well presented and the food is always on point and the staff very proffessional and friendly and most importantly... the toilet facilities are impeccably presentedRooms: 5/5
