The friendliest and most efficient plumber!! New to the area and needed an emergency boiler fix due to moving into a new house and having no heating. Nigel arrived that evening after his normal work day even though he was very busy and fixed the problem quickly and with no excess charges! I will use him every time and recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service, went out of his way to travel 50 miles to finally install the cooker at 10 o'clock at night, you cant go out of your way any more than that! Friendly and helpful from start to finish and I cant thank you enough Nigel! Thanks again!! Best wishes, Nicole

Nigel and his company are exactly as advertised: utterly professional and incredibly friendly. I had to have a twenty-year-old oil-fired boiler replaced at short notice. For this I asked for quotes from three different companies. Nigel did by far the most thorough site survey of the three, and was the only engineer to advise me fully and impartially on all the possible options. He also sent me a separately itemised quote for parts and labour so that I could see exactly what I was paying for. The job was completed to a high standard and he was a pleasure to work with throughout. Unreservedly recommended.

Stupidly ran my oil boiler dry - for the second time! Decided to ring West Oxon Plumbing & Heating this time (having previously paid another company £80 for 2 minutes work). Nigel gave clear advice over the phone, allowing me to fix the issue myself - a pleasant surprise - and now I'm nice and warm again. Will definitely be calling these guys every time from now on.
