Two years on our bathroom is still not finished. Firstly West One ordered wrong parts causing delays in one case we had to prove we had said one colour and they ordered another.  Despite spending well over 5 figures they wouldn’t offer basic bathroom planning pictures unless paid an additional £500. And once installed / finished more than one product defective. Manufacturer even admitted this and we got replacements for few items however by that time installer had finished. We were then left with the cost of someone replacing these items for us so need to wait until saved up for this- but as west One don’t offer an all in one service this is the risk you take if their products don’t work once installed. We have a very expensive incomplete bathroom with replacement parts piled in one corner

Great products on display and everything clean and well presented. However, we got no customer service whatsoever despite the fact there was no one else in the shop at some points. We went there looking for 3 new bathrooms and 1 downstairs toilet - not that anyone bothered to ask - but will look elsewhere to purchase. Heard other customers being asked if they could use any help and having products explained to them so not quite sure why we were not approached during 60 mins of browsing. The female assistant didn’t even say goodbye as we walked past her to leave. Maybe it was because we were casually dressed. Or a bit young looking. Ah well, we’ll take our budget to CP Hart and see if they show a bit more interest.

I would highly recommend using West One Bathrooms in Wandsworth. They were superb and have a fantastic range of products. Jon Taylor, the manager was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We used, Andrew, on West One's approved bathroom fitter list and he was the best tradesman we've ever had...with outstanding attention to detail.

With regret I would not recommend - multiple issues with order for around 20 parts across 2 bathrooms including; parts taking 2 months from order, unnecessarily having to chase for updates, parts delivered to wrong address, parts not delivered on pre agreed delivery date, having to resort to contacting the manufacturer to discuss delivery dates, no response or apology to an emailed complaint. I’d recommend procuring your bathroom items elsewhere.

Polite and professional. However, do not test the display toilets, as they are not functional. In my defense, there were no signs up to explain this.

I was ignored by staff members, gentleman in glasses and a lady there showed no interest what so ever.
