Attended a quiz night to raise funds to help the local St Giles animal charity. Now I don't do Village Halls very often but this must rank as one of the finest. The building, clean and spotless, the toilets immaculate. The hall itself ideal, with high ceiling and staging for endless varied village activities. There was a servery area for light snacks, teas, coffees, soft drinks and even the odd bottle of beer, yes it is licensed too. On the night in question, those running the event could not have been more helpful or attentive. I won't mention the quiz,it was well presented and well thought out - what I can say is my team didn't come bottom...nit quite. In summary, West Monkton Village Hall - what an asset to the village!
Good amount of parking and a decent sized grass area behind the hall. We visit due to puppy training classes and the facilities are perfect for this
A great facility clean and tidy very spacious
Clean,tidy,big car park, various rooms of different sizes. Good facilities
Large hall with 2nd room +kitchen facilities for a party night . Good dance floor in both rooms. Ample parking- hall located out of town area with easy access
