Only bar meals on offer today. They were a generous portion and very tasty. Only took photos of our desserts but they were very tasty. Highky recommended visiting.
Went to a tribute night UB40 they were OK we had a xmas meal the food was really hot.. a lot of potatoes though but very tasty. Tables were very close together which was a downside
Spend a pleasant hour ambling around the lake at the rear of the West Midlands Golf Club. It is scenic and, in places quite wild. After your walk, have a meal and a drink at the club's restaurant. The menu has a good choice of quality meals at reasonable cost. Of course, you can play golf here too!
Great course and in great condition, good for all levels of golfer. Lots of testing holes with the water! Nice clubhouse with lovely food. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back
Beautiful Golf Club with a great course not so far from Birmingham City Center.. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend a visit. Located between Solihull and berkswell. Has the longest hole, par 6 720 yards with an 18 hole, par 72 6288 yard, public, parkland golf course designed by Mark Harrhy, Nigel Harrhy & David Griffith.
Went fishing at lake Barston Monday 7th September. Fishing was very enjoyable. Lake grounds very clean and tidy. Some great pegs also. Going to pay in the morning wasn’t as enjoyable. Being told to put a mask on and when I explained that I had a medical condition so didn’t have to wear one was told well you still have to have one on. Funny thing was she never had one on. Hopefully I can pay online in future if I decide to go back there.
Hosted my brother in-laws 70th birthday here, great venue, was easy to find for everyone, excellent menu suitable for vegetarians as well as carnivores.
Nicely presented course with good practice facilities in a quiet setting. Some challenging holes for golfers of all abilities. Fun to play, especially the final island green par 3 a la TPC Sawgrass 17th hole.
A great day on a great course, fairways were very good ,greens ,maybe a little indifferent but overall great .
Stopped there for a coffee. Not recommended, worse coffee I have had in a long time, I couldn't drink it all. Didn't find it friendly, no atmosphere.
