The course itself is pleasant and the club pro was welcoming and helpful. The lady members that I encountered in the locker room were very friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to welcome visitors to the club. Unfortunately, our whole experience was marred by a small group of male members in the bar who could not have made us feel less welcome and didn't seem to think it inappropriate to carry on a very loud, profanity-ridden conversation in front of other members, visitors and staff. Most golf clubs in the UK are struggling financially therefore one would think that any member with a brain would go out of their way to welcome visitors who will spend money at their club and perhaps return to spend more, if they have nice experience.

Beautiful course and well kept. Even with the map, it was tricky to know how to play the some of the course and I'm hoping to do better the next time round. Staff also friendly and helpful. Would recommend playing there.

Excellent course, I played about a year ago and the improvement is dramatic, staff in kitchen and bar were very helpful. Have booked a small society in a month, office were very accommodating cannot wait. Well worth playing here, best layout in West London.
