It does what it's supposed to do.nQuite busy secondary station but well maintained.
Imagine having such little empathy that when a person clearly very stressed arrives and politely asks for ticket help so that she doesn't miss her train, you instead decide to ask her why she didn't arrive earlier. Utterly unhuman, utterly unprofessional. If I acted like that in my job, I'd get fired. Hope you enjoyed making my day harder than it had to be.
Thursday 7 August. I was taking the 10:09 train to Brighton via Gatwick. The platform was number 2. Ten minutes before arrival, the platform was changed to number 1. Then the train was delayed by 12 minutes. Then, with a few minutes before arrival, the platform was changed again to number 3. I was sweating and dishevelled by the time I boarded the train having carried my suitcase to three different platforms....
Hi Everyone,nnI like Wwst Hampstead Station. It's easy to go between Bedford and other destinations crossing London.nThe trains are nice and tidy. Passengers are kind and friendly.nKeep up the great work, guys.nnThere's access for a lift who's going by wheelchair but not all the platforms have this possibility.
They close the bathrooms and then cancel all the trains regularly staff are lovely but there’s clearly a very cold system in place
