Great store lots of products and stock. All the staff were nice and friendly an bubbly. Prices are very reasonable and it's a nice big store. Brilliant stadium and love the open roof design and the thousands of seats inside with 2 huge screens inside. Lots of staff most are really nice and friendly and accommodating and helpful. Plus loads and loads and loads of stalls and shops in the stadium for food and snacks and treats for everyone. Plus it's handy as Westfield shopping centre is just a stone throw away for all your shopping and eatery needs plus there is parking space tho it's a bit expensive but sometimes Need are a must. Plus great views of the London orbital glowing away in red at night. Lovely.

Good variation of products. Staff friendly and attentive. Pricing not as high as I thought it would be and when I visited (September) good range of sale items. ⚒⚒

Mail order placed on Sunday paid for delivery and finally arrived Friday ... If it takes this long it should be free p&p . But on the plus side quality product . Would have been 5 stars but they need to use a better delivery service

The delivery service used by West Ham is a disgrace - ordered Christmas presents 11 days ago and paid £4.99 delivery - still not arrived - customer services at OCS Worldwide delivery service is absolute rubbish - they have given false promises, claimed that they have delivered when they have not, failed to call, text or e mail. i would have given no stars if i could.
