Terrible, didn’t even touch the pie after smelling it, had issues before but thought I’d give them another try, will not be going or ordering from here again!! Luckily the picture is not scratch and sniff otherwise you’d all feel sick!!! P.S thats a chicken pie not a steak, you maybe confused by the colour! So I decided after a few years maybe we should try the Chinese, mmmm avoid we just spent quite a lot of money and OMG the pie was better !!! I know the cost of fuel but is through the roof, but really you needed to microwave all the dishes to save on gas !!!!!
My partner ordered an A2 for one which was beef mushrooms and fried rice and a pancake roll as you have to go over £15. 2 hours after eating this meal he was sick and had diarrhoea for the next 48 hours and today he is still poorly he went back today and after 20 mins was told everything is freshly cooked to order even though his order was ready in under 4 mins after threatening them with environmental health he gave my partner a full refund. Do Not Use This Restaurant!
Awful food, crikey, prawn crakers were like easting polystyrene, beef and mushrooms were disgusting, special fried rice had absolutely nothing special inside, don't know what the orange stuff was but defo wasn't meat, served in a pisswater sauce and I'm pretty sure the chow mein was made about a week ago and microwaved. Will avoid this place in future.

Dirtiest & Grimiest Chinese Shop In EPSOM & EWELL, Food Was Horrible, Ordered Beef fried rice with No Veg but i had recieved crispy Fried Duck with Veg, A Rock Solid Savoloy Beyond Being Edible Plus I ordered a Half Pounder With Cheese and mayo To recieve a light dusting of Mayonnaise & the "BEEF BURGERS" were far from being Beef Burgers, They were Hollow in the Middle most probably bought a box of 20 for £1 from Iceland and sold for £5 Each! ANOTHER BLINDING RIP-OFF £17.70
Worst Chinese I’ve eaten…. Unfortunately the usual is closed tonight, so had to go with this one…. Didn’t eat any of it, waste of money. Duck was undercooked, and fatty as you like …. The hors devors starter was embarrassing….the roll was uncooked & the seaweed was completely covered in liquid and not crunchy at all, the noodles are tasteless with no flavour. Basically - avoid this place and go somewhere different. Not worth the waste in money
Chinese/ fish and chip shop got fish and chips, the cod was really nice, good chips. Varied between chunky and crispy, big portions. Slightly pricey for fish and chips and took a while to make itwalk in. Paid by card which has to be over 25 pounds. Reg Cod x 2, chips x1, 2 jumbo battered sausages 20 something pounds. All in all was happy and satisfied
Ordered on Uber eats and was highest rated Chinese in my area. I have no clue why exactly. Long day at work to order a takeaway Meal for 1 as well as dim sum selection and receive what I can describe as the worst Chinese I’ve ever had in my life, period. I understand it a meal for one and as a business might not make a lot of money however the standard of the food was horrific. No seasoning anywhere, really weird texture and taste to the beef with mushrooms, no spice, seasoning or anything. Tasteless and dry pork ribs. I couldn’t even stomach to eat a quarter of it as I was out off instantly. You know it’s bad when the bought in sauce served with the dim sum is the most flavoursome part of your meal!! Seriously avoid, the rating does not compare at all. Embarrassing and currently feel robbed!!
May I say the quality of the fish and chips are top notch. The hadock was fresh and the meat was nice and white. The portion of chips was generous and tasty, not soft and soggy, like some chips you purchase. Recommended, btw the shop is not dirty and the staff are friendly.
Order was placed, and came well within the quoted delivery time. Excellent delivery service all round. Food was outstanding. Chinese style dishes. Definitely good service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Ordered on Uber Eats. Time for delivery came and went. rang 3 times went to voicemail each time with no space for messages. ended up driving to the restaurant. had no idea where the order was. 3 people in the foyer didn't know. even though I'm sure they had very few coming to this hotel. ended up ringing the delivery driver to see if he had an order for Premier Inn and he did do he brought it back to the restaurant. but the drinks order was wrong. so they changed that even though they were already 30 minutes late with order. Ordered plain noodles for my veggie wife and got prawns in them. Haven't got a clue as to how to serve customers. Demanded a refund of the delivery fee but nothing back. No offer of anything to make up for time wasted or anything. WORST CHINESE TAKEAWAY. I would put 0 stars if I could. FUMING.
