Visited this place for the first time and it was an enjoyable experience. Service was polite and friendly. Prices are clear and reasonable - the kids loved the fish bites and the fish and chips were good. The batter was fresh and clean and the chips were decent too.
A busy establishment which is always a good sign Having ordered fish and chips to eat outside we were not disappointed. Parking: Car park directly to the side of the the shop a real bonus
This fish and chips are lovely they are always good no matter what although they have slightly gone up in price it is worth getting as these fish and chips are supposed to be eaten by greater forms of life. Highly recommend, best fish In BreconFood: 5/5
Although the food was very cheap, it wasn’t great quality. The fish batter was tasty but soggy, and the chips were bland and undercooked. I was a bit disappointed with the food here to be honest. I wouldn’t come here again or recommend it.Recommended dishesCod, Fish and Chips

Came here couple of months ago and was disappointed. But just tried again this evening, it's just terrible. How can a fish be dry, soggy and tasteless at the same time? Chips anaemic, soggy, and also taste of eternal nothingness. This chippy used to be so good. I will not be wasting my money trying it again only to be disappointed.
One of the best chip shops I've ever used. Save up the eye watering £9.50 and treat yourself to cod and chips, at least the car park next to it is free. Parking: I parked easily in the middle of a Saturday.
The Worst Fish and Chips ever. We visit the Restaurant on 28th of September at the End of our 4 weeks holiday trip trough Wales. We entered the Restaurant around 3p.m. and ordered 2 Fish and Chips menues. The employee took the Fish and chips from the heated counter. Both were totally limp and lukewarm! This was our 3rd visit of a fish and chips Restaurant in Wales and it was with distance the badest Fish and Chips Restaurant during our Trip. Unfortunately I can not give zero stars.
Great portion size and fish was great, but chips were slightly soggy and pale, but still tasted ok. Maybe a rushed batch?
Called in earlier to pick up burger and chips for the kids. Very polite service and the chips were amazing, worth driving from Cardiff for!!
