In my 70s, I was told to wait outside the door for my appointment because I did not have a mask. I asked the receptionist if she had one to give me, but was told no. 15 minutes after my appointment time, and increasingly outraged at this appalling treatment I told the receptionist that I would wait no longer at the door. This situation was totally unacceptable.
Highly qualified experienced staff, clean and well managed.
Such a rude receptionist it doesn't cost anything to have some manners
