I always receive good care, although turnover of new dentists and hygienists is very high.
I don’t usually write reviews however I feel it is really important to share my positive experience. I have always been phobic about dentists and was anxious on arrival to my appointment at West End Dental Llangefni. I was immediately put at ease by the personable and very helpful receptionist . The dentist and dental nurse were very warm and reassuring, I can’t believe how relaxed I felt during my examination. Very thorough and quick!! Excellent, person centred service! Wish I had found a dental service like this years ago !
I was very impressed and put at ease by the Llangefni Dental Practice procedures regarding Covid-19. There is a very good system regarding appointments and the staff patiently explain everything. Dr Sandra Moreno was excellent when explaining all that she was doing and it really helped as a nervous patient at the best of times, being made to feel safe during Covid-19. Thank you Dr Moreno and Kirsty.
I made my examination appointment and got an email reminder and a phone call reminder, no chance of forgetting and wasting the surgery time! I arrived and was met by very friendly, efficient receptionists. Bang on time I was called through to the surgery. The Dentist was very pleasant and explained everything she was going to do. I was told to raise my hand if I needed her to stop for any reason, l didn't need to and I felt totally at ease. I made another appointment for further treatment and again had excellent treatment by a thorough Dentist assisted by a very good nurse who knew how to suction. All in all a very good experience.
I was an extremely anxious patient needing a tooth extraction. I had an initial consultation with Dr Adi Madhaven who listened to my concerns and gave excellent advice and arranged a prompt appointment for me. As soon as i walked into west end dental Llangefni for my procedure, Kirsty the dental nurse put me at ease. I had excellent care and treatment from Dr Sandra Moreno Figueroa who explained step by step as she carried out the procedure and alleviated my stress . I also had excellent follow up care. Everyone adhered to PPE due to the current Covid pandemic and made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Diolch yn fawr WestEnd Llamgefni.
Today - the twelfth of November, 2020 I completed my visits to Dr Dhanra’s Ghataure’s surgery in Llangefni. All four visits were very professionally handled by receptionists Sophie and Kat. Much attention given to patient safety during the seemingly endless virus period. Thank you. The attention which I received from the friendly Dr Ghataure was excellent. My mouth was prepared for replacement partial dentures which were fitted today. The result:..Excellent! I readily award my total experience five stars. Diolch yn fawr Iawn, Edward M. Jones.
I recently registered with west end dental and had my check up with Sandra who put me at ease straight away. I had my fillings done by the dental therapist who explained everything to me. All staff are friendly, welcoming. The best practice I've been to!
Excellent Dentist. Dr Sandra and assistant made my young lad who is generally very nervous, feel happy and at ease as he had a front tooth repaired to a great standard. Thank you very much.
A very pleasant visit to West End Dental. Dr Saumil examined my teeth and gums carefully and showed and discussed my x ray results in detail.Suitable treatment was recommended and this registration visit was performed so professionally in a friendly manner.
My self and my wife have recently transferred from West End Dental-Colwyn Bay to West End Dental-Llangefni as its nearer to home.The staff who greet you at reception are extremely friendly and helpful,nothing is too much trouble.We both have Dr Saumil Khamar,who is very professional,friendly,gentle and has patience.He takes time to explain procedures and recommendations in detail,which puts the mind at ease.His assistant is very thorough in her job,a good support for both Saumil and the patient.The hygienist we see there,Donna Haggas is also very good and again takes time to explain the correct procedure to clean your teeth and gums. We can highly recommend West End Dental-Llangefni.
