Fish was cooked fresh, so had to wait a little while but was happy to, everything was really hot. Been here a few times now and everyone the fish and chips have been very nice.Food: 5/5

One word the sums all up is CRAFTY they will give fresh chips when you order online but if you go to the chippy place to buy they will give you a mixed of old ones and fresh ones, they will place the worst ones at the bottom of the take away bag ,we didn’t enjoy our meal properly.

Decent service and a decent quality portion of chips. There are not so many places that do fish and chips nowadays and some that do are pretty awful so I was glad to find this place.

Living within 2 minutes from the chippy is perfect for me, no need to use uber for delivery. I've only been twice so far, but the service is professional and the staff are are quick. The chip portions are good and I have to say the fishcakes are amazing. For anyone not yet used this chippy, please do, you won't be dissaponted. I'll be popping in at lunch time for some chips.

Ordered large cod & chips & large lamb Donna kebab on evening of 13 November 2021. Fish was under cooked, chips were double fried tasted awful. Donna kebab was cold salad placed into separate plastic container & dripping wet. Pitta bread was not cooked tasted awful. I requested small amount of salt on chips and chilly sause was lumpy & cold. Worst cod & chips & lamb Donna kebab I ate. Feeling unwell two days after the meal. I believe I have suffered mild food poisoning. Have stomach ache & vomiting & Diarrhoea. I believe the current management don't care about food quality & presentation. Poor hygiene from staff .

First time at this chippy and I'll definitely return. Chips are cooked just right, very tasty. The haddock is very meaty, full of flavour and the batter is golden and tasty. One of the best fish and chip dinners I've had in a long time.

It's been a great many years since I enjoyed fish and chips that taste this good. Lovely batter and beautiful chips. Nothing discoloured or flappy like at other places I have tried. Highly recommended. I have just moved to the area and spotted the shop. hopefully this is indicative of the food quality available elsewhere too.

I had a very large order. I rate the honesty and efficiency of the people who run chip shop. My food was made on time and was thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely come back again. I rate this chip shop very good.

No social distancing was being practiced customers standing and chatting away without masks but being served food anyway . Cash being taken freely then food being handled soon after. The fish was under cooked very soggy. Chips were nice and fresh no scraps just full chips. Service was ok!

They make it fresh from dipping into better to frying...  I think this are really one of the best for fish and chips.
