My complaint is not against this branch, but is vitally important for all Union members & officials, & Labour party members, to be aware of the complete contempt for the union Rule-book & founding principles of the trade union movement, displayed by regional & stoke, branch officials, in their dealings with a fellow union member & brother trade-unionist. Due to poor service from the unions law firm Tinsdills , I was forced to complain. Without viewing all evidence, or even interviewing me, Union officials ruled against me. Regional/sec, Joe Morgan, then informed me that I had exhausted the unions complaints procedure blatant lie, and he closed down my complaint, only to be forced to re-open it, a few weeks later, when I initiated a rule 6 appeal which he had neglected to inform me that I was entitled to , as a union member . This was passed to Stoke branch/sec, Sharon yates, who against union rules, held my appeal hearing, behind my back, only notifying me by email, two weeks after the event ,ruling against me. She did not inform me - that the branch was unable to make a ruling, neither did she inform me that it was not within her remit to handle my complaint. She held the hearing behind my back, denying me my democratic union right to attend the branch meeting, to provide my evidence & to put my case to the branch committee. This is a clear breach of the union rule-book, & is the justification for my complaint of gross-misconduct against her & regional/sec , Morgan. Because Morgan & Yates, had stated that there was no evidence of wrong-doing, I was forced to complain to the legal ombudsman, ref no - 175405 , who upheld my complaint of poor service against the unions law-firm. I also complained & provided evidence to support my allegations, to Threebestrated.co.uk, who following an investigation, removed the unions law firm from their site. Because Morgan & Yates had failed to support me as a union member, I was forced to initiate a claim for constructive dismissal against my employer, through Acas, which was also successful. Because these two stone-walled me, I was forced to commit the cardinal sin , of attacking my own trade union, online. To get my full story - please go to the " Prole star " online news site. I have been unable to work since 2014, initially through injury, I have had surgery to both knees, & am, at this time, on the waiting list for further surgery, & rather than supporting me, certain union officials, have thrown me to the wolves, & not being content with that, have attempted to hold me down, to facilitate a better bite. Morgan & Yates , claimed that there was no evidence of wrong-doing, - this is untrue. I offered them all of the evidence , necessary , to support my allegations, but they did not wish to view it, to spare themselves, the embarrassment & humiliation of having to rebuke one of their own legal team, so much for democratic trade union values, of transparency & fairness . As a union member, I am asking General/sec, Tim Roache again , to either , investigate my complaint, or failing that, to expel me from the union, which will entitle me to complain to the certification officer. I sincerely hope, that as fellow union members & trade-unionists, that you will support my request for a fair & unbiased investigation, all that I am asking for , is for my democratic union rights to be respected

Was there for a union meeting. First visit, I will reserve judgement.
Totally pointless place in a very depressing area.
