"Despite poor management and no help from our local council landlords the small family businesses that make the market what it is, work hard for the local community. With some of the highest rents in the United Kingdom traders struggle to make ends meet but regardless do all they can to bring their good and services to our West Bromwich Community with a happy smile."

A brilliant place to shop This market has a variety of shops .consisting of home bargains.. Herons pound land ..boots Gregg's... Timpsons.... hardware shops foot and clothing fashion shops jewelry.. perfume .retailers and many more.. Well worth a visit if you are looking for bargains..
Not much there any more , I posted not long ago saying it's mostly brickabrack looks like I hurt someones feeling as I got a reply saying there's no brickabrack just stalked but there stalls were full of rolls of material , cd,shoe menders , jewellery stall clothes, not like it used to be although I still use the fish market and the veg stall as you can't get better fruits and vegs than from this lady she buys the best and it lasts a little longer
Another traditional area of West Bromwich that hasn't been quite the same since before covid hit. Not as many useful stalls as there used to be but still the odd bargains to be found. Be aware of fake goods unless that's what you're specifically looking for.
I use the public toilets quiet often and it's very off putting as they are disgusting today another lady of English origin was also saying how filifthy they are and the cleaner lady who is Indian overheard us and asked what we was saying I explained the state of the toilets are always very bad she got very defensive and told me I shouldn't use them I explained they are public toilets and why shouldn't I use them I told the security officer as I was upset he told me to tell the manager which I did his name was Ash he was polite and said he will have a word with her about the ladies toilets
I went to this market but bot many stalls open. I went on a Monday and I got a ticket for going in the bus lane so be careful.
The market is ok but far from from what it use to be, not much parking around that area which is a bit of nightmare but alright if you're arriving via public transport. West Bromwich is still a dump though. It's worth a visit!
Its not the same anymore not since i left in 2012! I was a cleaner there! I would say there's only about 15 to 20 stalls left!
I like West Bromwich market, but like everywhere, there are not a lot of stall holders. Hope things will change soon.
Yet another thriving market turned into a ghost town
They have the best fish , way better than bullring, better prices . Lovely jamaican shop and yes the dress maker she is very good.
