Had an issue, the manager Samantha could not have been any more understanding and solved the problem immediately. I know for a fact that many other stores would not even have entertained what she did and it’s a credit to the club that they have staff with this attitude. Big shout out to Lauren and Ollie too who were very helpful and displayed excellent customer service!
Ordered off the club website however was the wrong item that came. Went to the club shop to exchange, initially was told I couldn’t do this and had to be sent back via postage and package as this would mess with the clubs stock! The woman at the desk think it was the manager as I’ve seen her there a few times she did in the end swap this for me, but response and service was extremely rude. Really disappointed as the top it’s self was the new training macron zip which is £70 and to get rude service like this wasn’t good at all.
Very surprised at how unfriendly the 2 ladies who dealt with an issue I had today were in the club shop. Went into the shop no welcome or communication I said thank you and no reply. Looked very tired and like they didn’t want to help me. However, the ticket office staff have always been helpful and friendly. Very disappointed, as it is my club and we spend a lot of money in there.
Great return to the hawthorns after 20 years 2day beat Swansea 3 two was in the Smethwick end had a front row seat.
The only place to buy Albion stuff. Not that much womens wear though.
If you’re going to the Stadium Club Shop, check their website and IGNORE what Google says. I’ve just finished work an hour early and caught the train there to collect a parcel only to find they close at 3pm not 5pm as on Google. So much for late night shopping leading up to Christmas ‍
Nice young staff very helpful more for the match day souvenirs than a weekday shop. They did have plenty to choose from and I am sure it will be bigger and better. From a Liverpool fan well done!
Big store with lots of products.The training wear is nice but some of the other stuff is a bit cheap looking. Wanted to try some stuff on but was told no changing room but i could go up the corner as it was quite. Sort out a bloody changing room baggies your probably losing sales.

A place of much joy & heartache over the years & after heartache from July to Ocober , we are back into joy territory, new manager , new wins & a lot of great goodies in the club shop. If you wish to buy some stocking fillers for Xmas or any time of the year & you're a baggies fan , no better place to go & not only the club shop there is the ticketing office there too but best thing to see is the statue of Tony "Bomber" Brown , the clubs record goal scorer. I actually went to collect my Green & Yellow away top, which I bought with a 30% discount the club were offering in an email I recieved & thought well I have the home top & Regis was & is my favourite player of all time & well the away top is dedicated to Regis & I just had to get it as it had become almost within my price range , oh well no caviar this week for me.
