Brilliant atmosphere. A fantastic way to experience English football in its unadulterated glory.
Visited as an away supporter, nice ground and stadium. Prices for food and beverages similar to other grounds visited in the championship. Overall a pleasant experience
The stewards and police at the ground were fantastic. Disability steward no 269 was amazing. As were all disability stewards.nGround is good shame atmosphere is a bit flat. Hope to be back next season
I am biased as I am a West Brom season ticket holder so please keep this in mind.nnI sit in the family stand. The atmosphere is friendly with different age groups interacting, very young and very old, able bodied and people with different needs wheelchairs, mobility scooter, sensory issues, all sitting near by. It is a lovely atmosphere. Perhaps at times a bit quiet. The standard seats do not allow much leg room. I am 5ft 10 inches and have about enough room. Taller people can find it uncomfortable.nnThe toilets and concorse where the food and drinks stands are, are not spacious like the more modern East Stand but it is still acceptable and has a nice atmosphere. There are even two X Box machines for kids to play Fifa/EA FC at half time. They have even made this a bit like a den for youngsters with memorabilia on the wall.
The home of the baggies what a trek getting there but yes a very smart stadium my cousin was a fan so got a shirt in respect to him with his name on it but the shop staff were very sufficient also very professional I didn’t have to wait long at all so the service was great I do look forward to attending a game in the near future.
