Access for disabled people can leave a lot to be desired but the staff & pharmacist are very helpful & friendly.
Also helpful and friendly staff and of course professional and knowledgeable whenever we go there.
I was booked for my flu jab. Turned up two queues all mixed up with prescription and jabs. Was shown to a consulting room told to wait. It was a storage room, boxes, whole in ceiling, empty vial on the desk. I walked out it was disgusting. I've probably caught flu going in there.
Impossible to contact them by phone for 2 days, so went in person only to receive the same prescribed medication that I previously returned due to ill side-effects. They no longer supply the regular branch I have been using for over a year.
New to the area and been using this pharmacy for around a month now and they are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Best experience I've ever had in a pharmacy and a joy to visit
