I wish the review below were wrong and that all my fellow reviewers were being nasty if only a little bit. Today I went to buy the last minute croissant and it took so long to have it handed over after I payed. Just because while I was touching my phone on the device the assistant went to help someone else… and then went inside and then the other assistant didn’t know which was my order and then I had to tell her what I had bought again. Ouch.  I feel sorry for the staff.  They are overpriced but convenient right at the entrance for the station at Harrow-on-the-Hill.

Can someone tell me the donuts prices? Bought 2 iced ring sprinkles and 1 sugar coated ring donut. Paid 4.87...does that sound right? My confusion is because i went into shop after 17 and i think I saw 0.99 donuts because of the end of the day last products..

Very bad experience in this morning... I just bought a cappuccino and had to throw it away because the milk tastes weird.  I will never enter this store again.  unfortunately I have a baby that I am still breastfeeding and it is almost 40 degrees outside.

I think this was the worst customer service i ever had, i work in wenzels for some time and i just wanted to eat something because i know its good, but the lady serving me and my friend were so rude and were speaking with us like we were nothing, i asked her politely to give me a sausage roll twice because I thought she didn’t hear it and she just started shouting, me and my friend was speaking nicely to them and they just started shouting because we told them that they are rude and its not nice because we work there as well. Their names were Angel and Gina, very very rude even though they knew we work for the same company as them

Manager was rude and dismissal of staff. She would  get annoyed with the only member of staff at the till for not serving customers and cleaning and tidying although she literally was constantly working and couldn't do everything at once whilst the manager would sit and laugh in the back. Horrible service would not return, food was a bit awful too, might just be the spite

Food is awasome, but customer service is poor. I was on the queue. The staff offered the tissue to last customer but until me not even asking. That's fine. But when I ask for tissue. She just put the tissue on the other side and service another customerat the same time. That's very rude. And put me in a very awkward position. Because the customer was trying to get the cash out to pay. I don't wanna see people privacy. That's absolutely bad service.

Manager is rude! I don't know how she trains the employees for customer service if she is that bad in it. My experience was so shaming , I'll never go back again. I would advise a customer service training for her...

Ordered food  on multiple occasions and every single time I have issues with missing items or wrong items.  Honestly never use this company again Gail's or Gregg's for me!

The assistsnt manager was rude she gave me small bag when I ordered 4 subs she was not friendly she dumped all subs in big bag and all sub were upside down never go when she is there

Great customer service on the day which made a difference to my experience. Shout to Lucy who served me. Went above and beyond in her service. Thank you
