Professional, friendly, caring and good value for money - I was very confident that Wendy would look after my dog and she did!

A lovely warm welcoming I've taken my Newfoundland dog here many a time  over the years very reasonably priced and I am very happy  with the work they've done with my dog she always comes back like she's had a great day out washed dried clipped to perfection I won't say how much it cost as she's a very big dog but very very pleased with the price the attitude and the workmanship. Keep up the good work ladies and look forward to seeing you again soon

I Took my 2 babies to Wendy’s groomer this evening for the 1st time and I felt so at ease leaving them for 1 hour... such a friendly lady who gave me advise on my bulldog struggles may I add unbeatable prices! And to top it off My pooches smell amazing  thank you and see you next month.. definitely make this a regular

Left my dog for a short stay for the first time at Wendy's kennels,they have a lovely secure area for the dogs to run around in thankyou for having him,will definitely have my dog stay here again

Highly recommend, I feel so at ease where my dog is always happy to go in to stay and just as happy when I collect him. I wouldn’t leave him anywhere else after his first stay seeing how comfortable and confident he was going in and Wendy and ladies I’ve met have been so patient and lovely, as my dog is such an energetic character! About to have his 3rd stay at the kennels where I can feel reassured he is safe and well looked after by people who are passionate for the animals they care for. Thank you all!

I used Wendy’s for the first time this week, and would strongly recommend. It was the first time at a Groomers for my pooch, and probably was more traumatic for us than her thanks to Wendy’

My Persian cat needed a groom your general bathe, nail clip etc and I found this little local place so I rang Wendy and she assured me she does cats and she would only shave where needed as we knew that Millie had a small matted. We took her there and she just took Millie off us and said pick her up at 11. We got back to her at 10:40 and looked into the room where I saw Millie in the corner in her pet carrier and Wendy was trying to hide the fact she was in there and said we're not ready yet be 10 mins wait in the car I'll bring her out. When she brought her out she said 'she doesn't look great but the knots have gone' charged us £25 and we went on our way. Got home and she looked awful!! She hadn't been bathed her and the shaven part looked terrible!! We suspect that when we dropped her off she was shoved in the corner and done quickly at 10:40! When we rung Wendy she said the service didn't include batheing just a shave and they don't generally do cats much! Never going back! Awful and will never go back! She was horrible to us on the phone and very shady when we were there. Made me and my daughter feel sick! Please avoid her she will not treat your pet right

Wendy's is the first Class Groomers in the whole of Wales and I would never take my Alfie anywhere else. WENDY AND PIPPA DO A FANTASTIC JOB
