Fantastic location for the OVO Arena and Wembley Stadium. Wonderful and helpful staff. Great value for money. Full English Breakfast was excellent. Lovely Bar adjacent to the Reception area. We had a very enjoyable stay and are returning later on in the year. Rooms: The room was a little tired around the edges, but it wad exceptionally clean. Bed comfortable and the Shower superb. Walkability: Very close to several takeaway eateries.
Room a bit tired. Restaurant staff had attitude. Party very loud going on past midnight. Generally whole place needs refreshing so mattress needs replacing. Definitely not worth the 200 pounds paid for a one night stayRooms: 2/5
Rooms were a bit tired and shabby, but seemed clean enough and came with basic amenities - you get what you pay for i guess. Came with free continental breakfast which was decent but the staff in the restaurant made us uncomfortable. They were stood around watching us like hawks and were generally passive agressive which was quite off putting. The staff at the front desk however seemed nice. Walkability: Good walkability from wembley underground.
Comfortably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly rude at check in to start with, followed by the absolute state of the hotel lobby itself. The room was tired, shabby and dirty. The bedsheets had blood stains and dirt on as well as hairs etc in the bed. Stained carpets, unwiped surfaces and dust everywhere. The aircon unit was clogged with dust and dirt and is definitely a health hazard. The mattress was awful to sleep on as well as being stained and filthy. The doors hadn't been fit properly and would not shut without significant force. Genuinely unbelievable that this hotel has not been closed down. The location must be it's only redeeming feature and assume why they can get away with taking bookings as there would be no way anyone would ever return. Disgusting place, terrible rooms, rude and unhelpful staff. Avoid at all costs, you would be better off sleeping in your car. Rooms: Vile, shabby and filthy Safety: Doors don't close properly, car jackings in the car park outside
Location was alright but there were pee stains on my mattress, the bathroom was full of mould and the lights didn’t work properly as they would not turn off unless keycard was taken out. Had friends in the next room over and it was even worse than mine. All decided to sleep in my room, that’s 8 people in 3 beds. 1 of those beds being temporary and constantly sliding apart, got the most sleep out of all of us with 6 hours, most got 2 at best.
The mattress was dirty. The double beds were comfy however the single beds hurt a lot. You could feel every spring in your back. I've never been in a bed that is that uncomfortable. The food was good. The service was good it was just the cleanliness of the rooms and the broken single beds.Rooms: 1/5
This hotel looks nothing like the photos. There is no cladding on the front of the building. We had a room on the 8th floor and it was disgusting…the windows were smeared and what looked like bogies wiped down the glass, the curtains were threadbare, the air conditioning unit look like it should be condemned, the bathroom was filthy from floor to ceiling & goodness knows what was behind the bath taps, there were what looked like blood spots on the bedding. We spent less than 9 hours in the hotel to sleep & left when we awoke the next morning. Location is good & only took 30 mins on the tube to central London.
Bad reviews were wrong. For the price and location the room was more than adequate and service super efficient. Especially when we had a problem with the safe. Water was hot if you don't adjust the tap. Dated, yes, needs an update, yes but perfectly fine for a nights sleep when visiting the ovo for a gig. Also parking is amazing to have in London. Would definitely stay again! Nearby activities: Ovo arena
This hotel is very outdated. However the location is amazing if visiting the stadium, 5min walk around the corner. Not very clean, beds weren’t great nether. Reception is were quite rude also. But another good thing was the free parking! We didn’t get any food or have any drinks therefore can’t comment on that.Rooms: 3/5
Chewing gum and blood on the walls literally, it smells really bad, blood and cum on the beds. The food tastes bad and you even have to pay 4 pouns extra fot scrambled eggs! Also there are weird stains on the ceiling. The neighborhood is very dirty and smells like weed. Avoid this hotel at all costs.Rooms: 1/5
