I came here after 2 months and they messaged me 3 times that my appointment  has been cancelled . Yesterday  I received the text massage they messaged me that the appointment time has been changed from morning to afternoon Even now that I am here, no one has come. Yet This is the worst clinic I have ever visited in my life , I’m surprised nobody at the reception who answers the patients and no one knows what they want to do , I don’t recommend to anyone this clinic , horrible place

Had my first appointment with Alexander Fell. Didn't know what to expect but came out with hope for a life to be lived without every day feeling pain.nPhysio exercises given..nProfessional guy who explained anatomically what was happening.nGym was daunting. Lots of patients grimacing whilst doing their physio. Second visit not off to a great start no receptionist at front desk so waiting area chaotic, one guy had a 9am appointment and was taken in at 8am, I had been booked for an 8am appointment but was the last to be taken out the waiting room as my trainer arrived 25 mins late. This is appalling had I been late I would have been cancelled.  Also my appointment was cut short and I wasn't given my full time. My exercises were totally changed, I was not happy. My third appointment seen ten minutes late. Still waiting on my exercise videos to be sent through from second and third appointment.

I had a physiotherapy appointment here today it was great. It was very empty inside the building and it was easy to get around because there are signs inside like a lot of health places. The physiotherapist and the other staff were very kind.

We were waiting 9 months for a child appointment with a dentist,but the dentist dr Aisha Mohamedis not available to see the patient.nWhen I wanted to talk to her,on my doughyers appointment time,the assistant said that the doctor is in surgery.So,whybwe make appointments,if the doctor is available only for who she wants?

I'm really happy with Dr Rina Shah and Reception girls are really polite and helpful spoke to Rashmi today really helpful.nnI had called today  29/08/24 againnSpoke to Swati at reception all receptionist are so helpfullnDr's and nurses are good toonI'm really happy with service
