Nice place to visit. Dog friendly menu limited . Had a lamb burger which was ok,lovely chips. Had beer shandy but they use cheap lemonade so not very nice.
This establishment is a bed and breakfast, restaurant, bar. It is a beautiful place to have a Sunday Carvery, it was gorgeous. Plenty of food everything cooked to perfection, the young girls who serve you are so well mannered and polite. It was a real joy to have lunch here. Definitely will be going again. This place is near Clarach Bay. Beautiful 100/10 if I could.
We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved it. A great atmosphere. Felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Staff were amazing. The food was the best we've had in a long time. A great selection on the menu. Sunday lunch was carvery, delicious and plenty of it. Thanx for a great weekend. Will definately retun soon x
We ate here on Wednesday last week… what a fantastic find excellent food good prices lovely atmosphere exceptional staff so friendly , very accommodating the lamb dinner will be very hard to beat . Thank you we look forward to trying the Sunday carvery Service: 5/5
Chris phoned up on spec at 4.50pm - they could fit us in at 5.30pm - dog friendly too - what a great meal. Steak and Ale pie was wonderful. Gammon pineapple and egg was excellent. All very very good. Thank you.Service: 5/5

Great food at the Welsh Black. Sunday lunch Carvery is lovely. Beef just melts in the mouth. How much food you have is down to you as its self service. Staff are great and welcoming. Excellent prices especially if you have a big family to pay for. Location is set up for food rather than a knees-up. Would I go again? Yes, definitely.

Went for a meal on Saturday night,decided to have the rib-eye and was not disappointed fantastic steak and cooked to perfection,staff were really good highly recommend if your passing but recommend you book..Rooms: 5/5
Fantastic Roast dinner in carvery style. We had two toddlers and this really suited their picky eating. The owners and staff were really accommodating and lovely.
