Great customer service, top end prices

I was very impressed at the level of customer service at Wells. The staff very friendly with no pressure sales and were very patient with the abundance of questions I threw at them. Also they were very competitively priced.

I had a delivery from this shop and was not happy with the product. I tried to refund the product but they refused the refund. However no where do they offer a Refund Policy that the customer can look at (which the company should provide). Even here on their website there are no Terms and Conditions. The only Terms and Conditions are those that come with the delivery, yet they do not specify anything about refunds, apart from:  'the deposit will only be refunded if the Manufacturer is unable to supply the special delivery'. It says nothing about if the customer is unsatisfied with the product whether they will or will not be refunded.
