Sunday 17th Best Carol Service we have enjoyed this Christmas! Online
Lovely big church. You will be made welcome to attend any service. Dress code, normal clothes. Good car parking. Sunday service 10.30. Available on YouTube.
A friendly church where the Gospel is faithfully spoken every week and the music and praise is fantastic. Very Good Co-Vid policies in place at this time and services are online at the moment too. Just go to their website at 11.30 on Sundays
With covid and the attendant restrictions much in the news and at the forefront of our thinking it is reassuring to see the provision Wellington has made to ensure, as far as anyone can, that the venue is safe for people to attend. There is a booking platform on the website for the following Sunday's two morning services. Stewards meet you at the door and once it is confirmed that you are on their list, a steward shows you to your assigned seat. Face masks are required and there is a no-touch hand sanitizer at each door. After the service everyone retakes their seats until the stewards come to their row and notify them that they can now exit the building. It is clear than a lot of planning went into this and it results in people feeling safe meeting in an indoor environment. Well done Wellington for investing the time and money. You will be assured of a warm welcome if you attend, just make sure to book via the website required to ensure compliance with social distancing requirements. Enjoyed being back at church on Sunday - first since Christmas.
Such a welcoming place where you immediately feel at home. Great teaching and encouragement to be found here. Highly recommended and services are available to watch online.
