Staff not interested in helping at all 4 times I've come to print important documents.first time I was told I'd got 10 mins even though it was 435pm.other times I needed help staff not at all interested and last time the documents came out unreadable and dark and I was charged 8.00 for some paper that was unusable..never had any problems up the town centre .but wellington are a disgrace
Joined online Saturday, collected my ticket todayMonday reasonable collection of books to borrow, also some to buy, very cheaply if that is required.
Just been to a Green week activity and made a bird feeder ..had a great time thank you !
The Wellington Library is located in the town centre, and it's easily accessible to anyone. The staffs are lovely and even encouraged me to get my son a library card. They have events in the library for children. Furthermore, it has a parking lot.
Great facility with helpful staff when manned. When unmanned and the leisure centre is open, the library becomes self service. Well stocked with books of many categories and also has a large children's section.
Pleasant helpful staff good range and surroundings
A modern, recently built local facility that makes us the library, sports & fitness sweet and swimming pool. A small cafe is available during the day. Comfortable seating and table areas in the library to work in silence, read books or browse.
Excellent working environment and really comfortable chairs. The only issue is finding the toilets which are quite hard to find. The toilets are pretty dirty and smells horrible. But the library is quite nice and the staff are really nice.
Great place! Newly built, with play area, sofas, computers, internet, quiet corners to read. Different clubs for kids as reading, Lego building etc. All is perfect!
I went to Wellington library today to print out a returns form I didn't have a clue how to do this but thanks to a really nice young lady who works there I was able to achieve this she went out of her way to help and with patience and kindness made me realize that there are still some really great people out there thank you so much
