I had some items that needed repairing and replacement batteries for a couple of watches. They were incredibly professional, courteous and efficient. The watches were finished within minutes and the jewellery was sent away to be repaired. All competitively priced, I was pleasantly surprised by how little they charged me.

I brought a engagement ring from a shop in Brighton and one of the stone fell out. I went to Wellington Jewellers in Wokingham and they were happy to look at the ring to tell me why it had happened. I had a very friendly reception. I asked them if they were able to make the ring for me as I was going to return the other one. They said that they could. They took at picture of the ring so that they could get a price for me. After a couple of days they gave me a couple of quotes, depending on the clarity of the diamonds. We went ahead with making the ring. It took three weeks for the ring to be made. I was updated regularly with the progress of the ring. I also received a text of the earliest that I was able to pick up the ring. The ring was amazing. It had been made to perfection. Thank you so much Wellington Jewellers. I will definitely be coming back to get wedding rings made.

Looking for a Jewellers in Wokingham, I went to J M Wellington Jewellers out of choice for a new watch strap and battery repair. I was served with impeccable manners and best of they managed to get my watch back up and running within the hour and at a good price too! very much recommended!!

Very rude. Went in to get some links removed on an expensive watch. They broke the clasp and then tried to claim it wasn't their fault. Didn't care one bit. Extremely rude service. Avoid this shop like the plague!
