Never answer their phone and have left my husband without his heart medication again because they didn't reorder for him again. It's the worst it's been since Jane and Asian male pharmacist left because they were fantastic with my late mother's medications.
No disabled parking you have to get up the curb from parking spaces slight ramp to the door but the disability button doesn't work to open it on way in or out and the door is probably one of the heaviest doors I've ever seen been like this for over a year now and being disabled I was in a wheelchair not long ago and this is the closest chemist to my house which means I didn't use it im on crutches now and am quite strong but I still have real trouble getting into the chemist especially with the weight of the door you would think being a chemist and having a lot of disabled or injured clients they would fix it i have complained myself about it at least 10 times and nothing being done plus it has hurt me on 2 occasions when entering on crutches and door slammed on me and caught my leg in-between. As well it is illegal in the UK for any business with premises to enter not to have a disabled entrance. So actually it would put me off using this brand unless necessary as I said I have complained about it but the staff are generally rude to everyone who is using the place from my opinion on what I have seen on many times I've used place plus if you take a prescription in to be filled there is always a long wait even with no other customers in if 3 to 4 people in line all want prescription i have waited over a hour before rediculouce and there is no seating for waiting customers.
My mother was supposed to have her medication delivered 3 days ago, I’m trying to contact the pharmacy via phone and they never answer! My mom is feeling very unwell without her tablets & I’m disgusted on how much responsibility this pharmacy have when they clearly don’t take it seriously. My moms health is at risk all because you’ve forgotten to deliver her medication - do you think this is acceptable?
Worst chemist I’ve ever used .vertically impossible to contact for repeat prescriptions.If ever contact is made very long delays between contact and dispensing.
