Brilliant Pharmacy. For the area this Pharmacy covers they do a great job. Hannah is a treasure. Some people are very rude to the staff which is certainly not necessary. Well done all staff.
Both my wife and I have regular monthly large prescriptions to collect. We are sent a message to say when they are ready with a clear indication which prescription is ready. In short an excellent service, very occasional blips but overall I cannot thank the staff enough for their polite and efficient service. Pharmacists are an essential part of all our lives and do not get enough recognition or thanks.
I would just like to thank the male pharmacist in Well Pharmacy for taking my blood pressure and passing details onto surgery. Medication sorted. Very much appreciated. Thankyou.
Visited on 20/12/22 and according to the receipt issued was served by Jack the Pharmacist.nI needed advice on a chest infection coupled with possible Laryngitis.nThis chap literally stopped what he was doing and spoke to me. I thought I was going to have to wait but no. He was as pleasant as pleasant could be and so kind and friendly. He went into detail about what what I should and shouldn't do. By the end of what essentially was a free 20 minute consultation I was left feeling much more reassured.nI can't really praise this man enough.nAs a general note, I have always found the people here to be very friendly.nnKindest RegardsnSean Chambersnn20/12/22
This pharmacy is my only local one , l am fed up to see lots of essential stuff is constantly out of stock! Such as Covid tests , codamol tablets , anti virus mouth wash! I had to drive 5 miles both ways to get a decent medication from boots . And staff attitude is bad as well , that are not really sorry for you , distant apology and defence is not helpful . Shame we could have a different pharmacy provider at that location which will provide a much much better service for locals .
