Bad service. They called me to collect my meds and every month was the same bad treatment for a year. They were missing the 1/3 of the prescriptions they didn't even care to know which ones they missing so I had to go back to their pharmacy a total of 3 times per month to collect the whole medication. Doesn't worth it. A couple of blocks away is a really good pharmacy.

Very average...agree that things are often not ready even three days after ordering online. Will still use it because it is convenient. Staff are quite pleasant and helpful but the system seems in need of a speed up..

This must rate as one the the worst chemists Ive ever used, if I could leave a minus star rating I would. My experience is that when ordering a perscription and informing when I will be collecting, it is NEVER ready & I usually have a very long wait, ( sometimes 30+ minutes ) This is not just an occasional occurrence it happens every month. They don’t appear to have enough staff to deal with all the customers....I have now changed chemists so hopefully the service will be better, although couldn’t be much worse.......😠😠😠

I should know better than to visit here. Waited 20 minutes to be told one out of 2 items not in. I thought they were supposed to tell you straight away. This is a regular occurance when visiting this chemist. I've said before I wont go again and now I really won't. I wouldn't recommend this chemist at all.
