Souless, bland shed filled with fastfood outlets where no one seems to care about their customers. Went to the Starbucks - reminds me of all the reasons i try never to use Starbuckd: awful piped "chistmas" music way too loud and awful sound quality, second rate coffee and disengaged staff.And how hard would it be to use proper cups that are multi use? Just awful. My expectations of motorway services sre pretty low and this place hit low.

Rubbish. You get one attempt to park and if you don’t get a space you are unceremoniously spat back out on to the M4. Incredible scenes.

Food expensive, not really that enjoyable. Gents toilets in a disgusting state, broken doors, missing seats, some not cleaned & a lot of missing / lifted sealer on joints. Would not choose to stop here if another option available.

Dire service. 1830 and only 1 restaurant is operational. Subway staff just shouted closed despite loads of food being on display. Burger king had no one front of house so a cleaner went and asked to be told closed. KFC being the only option but poor staff. What centre manager allows the food outlets close at the prime evening meal time especially on a cold winter night!?! Fuel station not serving anything despite staff in and lights on-wouldnt even let me buy some tyre weld in order to repair a flat tyre. Altogether ignorant, rude and unhelpful staff!!
