First time at this services. Had to queue to get in the from the road???? Since when does anyone have to queue to get in to a service station? I have to say, I was surprised by the sheer number of eateries, you'll be spoilt for choice. Busiest motorway services I think I've ever visited but will certainly stop in the next time our.map route takes us that way.
An excellent service station that is in a great location and is shared by both directions of the M40. There are plenty of food options including a pizza restaurant attached to the hotel. The facilities are clean and well cared for, although these services are always busy there is always space and limited queues.
Facilities were very clean, quite impressed. Looks lovely and invites from outside with its fountain. It was frozen when we came and looked beautiful. It was a good place for us to stop and refresh.
I visited here today by bus and it was really nice and I really loved the fountain outside. Also a lot of food outlets to choose from including Subway,Burger King and others. One thing to complain about is the men's toilets no sign to tell you where the cubicles were!
Nicely located and love the fountain outside. There's a variety of shops and restaurants. I always visit here, usually on the way to London. Very expensive though.
Very bad experience. We went in to use a reward for a drink and we were told we couldn't use one as the tills weren't set up yet for it. We decided to buy only a mug , which seemed to upset the man serving us. He became very moody and started shouting at my wife to give him the mug in front of her 8 year old son. In the end, she put the mug down on the till and left. The customers were all embarrassed. It was a man with a long ponytail and glasses. Worst customer experience ever. You wouldn't expect to go into a Starbucks for a mug and a coffee and just receive abuse. Shocking. Avoid.
A great services - with excellent toilets! A nice pond with loads of fishes entertain the littluns. Also has a few shops - Waitrose, WH Smith Starbucks, KFC, etc. Lots of parking near to the facilities and seating inside for having a bite and a rest :
One of the nicest service stations I have ever visited. Good facilities and nice landscaping. Even has a waitrose.
Dirty food hall and all the seating is in desperate need of a refurb as it's all ripped and filthy! I found it hard to find somewhere clean to sit. Gave more than 1 star as the general layout is nice.
The small Starbucks gave me fast and correct coffee, the large one has bad reviews so I'm glad I didn't go in there The Good Breakfast was indeed good.
